Your specific goals and current fitness level will determine which program you should begin with. If you’re new to BDP Online, it helps to think of exercise as practice instead of "workouts". You will build the skills needed for physical success.

All programs are designed for a minimum of 12 weeks in duration. Reason for this is, anything less simply won't warrant any REAL results. With regular, weekly check ins from your coach and online community support, your physical success is guarranteed!
