Both are your choice! My name is Coach Shawn Charlebois, an introverted guy who changed the direction of his life through STRENGTH & CONDITIONING. I'm not a ftness model or an unrealistic trainer who lives in dream land.

I've been living my dreams for 6 years now as a husband, gym owner, coach and author. Being a former Corrections Officer (8 years) I understand what it feels like to be trapped in a circumstance. I was depressed for most of my career in law enforcement. While it wasn't completely the fault of the jail culture, knowing that I was meant for other work, created an internal struggle. Facing that struggle catapulted me into a success minded state. After the first 5 years inside, I learned to assess my situation, plan my ultimate objective and take action. It was no one else' responsibility to look out for my best interest. I did not rest until I was released.

So while you may not be surrounded by four walls, you still may be able to relate. The feeling of being trapped in a cycle or being weak (physically and mentally). Perhaps you feel shackled by another aspect of your life.

I'm here to tell you, nothing will improve your circumstance, health and life better than gaining physical strength. Because when you acquire physical strength, there's a mental shift that simultaneously occurs. Suddenly:

YOU Now think:

- IF OTHERS CAN, SO CAN I

- NOTHING WILL STOP ME

- I DESERVE STRENGTH & HAPPINESS

In life, there's so little you have control over, whether you train or not doesn't have to be one of those things. The beautiful thing about getting stronger is it's not as difficult as you may think. With my guidance, your consistency and efforts WE can change your entire life.
