(approximately 45-60 minutes)
Big Old Bones by Carol Carrick
(recommended for ages 5-9)
Have you ever heard of a Tribrontosaurus Rex?!? We'll make up some new dinosaurs just like Professor Potts does in this funny tale.
Dinosaur Rocket by Penny Dale
(recommended for ages 3-7)
3 - 2 - 1, LIFT OFF! We will don our spacesuits and blast off into space (literally "un-earth" ourselves) with our fellow dino astronauts.
Goldilocks and the Three Dinosaurs by Mo Willems
(recommended for ages 4 - 9)
The dinosaur family is out..."somewhere", which makes their house the perfect target for Goldilocks! We will have fun acting out this hilarious take on a classic tale.
How Do Dinosaurs Eat Their Food by Jane Yolen
(recommended for ages 2.5-6)
In this wokrshop, we will practice our manners as we come together for a banquet fit for a dinosaur!
Never Follow a Dinosaur by Alex Latimer
(recommended for ages 5 - 8)
Check out those footprints! Who could they belong to? We will follow the footprints and piece together the clues to find a most unusual dinosaur!
Sam and Dave Dig a Hole by Mac Barnett
(recommended for ages 5 - 8)
Sam and Dave are on a quest to find something spectacular! Let's "dig" our own hole and see if we find something spectacular too!
Tiny T. Rex and the Impossible Hug by Jonathan Stutsman
(recommended for ages 3 - 7)
Poor Tiny. He wants to give his friend a hug but his arms are too short. In this workshop we will shrink our arms and brainstorm different ways to show we care.
The Word Collector by Peter H. Reynolds
(recommended for ages 6-10)
In this workshop, we will go "digging" for hidden words like "bones", "meteor", and "stomp" and we will start our own word collection just like Jerome. And when our words get mixed up, we will use them to create new dino-themed stories that are perfect for acting out!
Give us the title and we will design a creative drama workshop around it!
Dino Rhymes (approximately 35-45 min)
(recommended for ages 0 - 5)
In this workshop, designed for the youngest of actors, we will dramatize songs, rhymes, and finger plays about dinosaurs.
Improvisation (approximately 60 min)
(recommended for ages 9 - 15)
Join us for an hour of improvised fun as we play a variety of improvisation games. Who knows what we will make up! But one thing is for sure...we will have a DINO-MITE time!
Archaeological Dig (approximately 60-75 min)
(recommended for ages 9 - 15)
We will act like archaeologists as we uncover artifacts at a simulated dig site. We will then use the artifacts to infer and ultimately act out stories about past human and animal life.
**NOTE: This workshop will be capped at 12 participants. Program room must be available at least 30 minutes before the start of the workshop for the preparation of materials. The workshop will also incur an additional $75 fee for materials and time.
How about an DINO themed Sing a Story program? This musical storytime is a perfect way to introduce creative dramatics to a crowd of multiple ages.

The Scrambled States of America Talent Show by Laurie Keller (recommended for ages 3 - 10)
Texas roller skates, Minnesota does magic, Georgia juggles, and New Jersey sings. What will your talent be? In this workshop we will pick our favorite state and perform in our very own United States talent show!
OR
Ten Rules of the Birthday Wish by Beth Ferry (recommended for ages 3 - 8)
