(recommended for ages 5-9)
Join us for an adventure through the woods as we escape three hungry predators. But can we escape the Gruffalo too?
How to Make an Apple Pie and See the World by Marjorie Priceman
(recommended for ages 6-9)
We will go on an imaginary adventure around the world to collect all the ingredients we need to make an apple pie.
Jack and the Beanstalk published by Nosy Crow
(recommended for ages 5 - 9)
In this lighthearted re-imagination of a classic tale, we will climb a beanstalk and go on an adventure in the sky! Once there, we will quietly explore a giant's castle while he sleeps. Shhhhhh!
Jumanji by Chris Van Allsburg
(recommended for ages 7 - 12)
Join Peter and Judy for a jungle adventure INSIDE their house! In this workshop we will make up our own Jumanji board game and will act out new adventures with Peter and Judy.
Mooncake by Frank Asch
(recommended for ages 3 - 8)
In this workshop we will go on an adventure to the “moon” (just like Moonbear) so we can try our very own bite of mooncake.
The Snowy Day by Ezra Jack Keats
(recommended for ages 3 - 6)
Escape the summer heat and join us for a wintry adventure in the snow. We will don our snowsuits and venture out into the cold to act out this classic tale.
We’re Going on a Bear Hunt by Michael Rosen
(recommended for ages 0 - 6)
We will make binoculars and go on our own bear hunt adventure as we act out this popular story song.
Where the Wild Things Are by Maurice Sendak
(recommended for ages 3 - 8)
Let's "sail off through night and day and in and out of weeks and almost over a year to where the wild things are". Once there, we will make fancy crowns, dance in a royal rumpus, and declare ourselves the king of all wild things! What an adventure!
Give us the title and we will design a creative drama workshop around it!

Adventure Rhymes
(recommended for ages 0 - 5)
In this workshop, designed for the youngest of actors, we will dramatize songs, rhymes, and short stories about adventure. Storybooks may include I Went Walking and Silly Sally. Songs may include The Ants Go Marching, Five Little Ducks, and The Bear Went Over the Mountain.
Improvisation
(recommended for ages 9 - 15)
Join us for an hour of improvised fun as we play a variety of improvisation games. Who knows what we will make up! But one thing is for sure...adventure awaits!
Jersey Devil Drama Workshop
(recommended for ages 8-12)
Some people believe the Jersey Devil is fantasy. Others believe it's real. Either way, we will put our imaginations to work as we dream up how the Jersey Devil might look, move and sound. Then, we will act out our own Jersey Devil inspired adventures.
How about an Adventure themed Sing a Story program? This musical storytime is a perfect way to introduce creative dramatics to a crowd of multiple ages.

The Scrambled States of America Talent Show by Laurie Keller (recommended for ages 3 - 10)
Texas roller skates, Minesota does magic, Georgia juggles, and New Jersey sings. What will your talent be? In this workshop we will pick our favorite state and perform in our very own United States talent show!
