Fancy a brunch: Here are three of the best brunches Las Vegas has to offer today

Las Vegas native Stacey Tokunaga explains that one of the countless things she loves about her town is the global cuisine. There never seems to be a shortage of great, world-renowned food being served at any point of the day.

On that note, Stacey shares three must-try places for people who fancy a delectable brunch.

Jaleo by José Andrés: Jaleo by José Andrés has won several awards, and deservedly so. The restaurant, found at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, has a weekend brunch that anyone who appreciates Spanish food would enjoy. While there are a lot to choose from, its bestsellers are the coca sobrasada menorquina, Arroz a la Cubana, and the bikini de la señora. Its dessert lineup isn't bad as well. Jaleo serves brunch every Saturday and Sunday, from 11 AM to 3 PM.

Mott 32: Mott 32 is a Chinese restaurant at The Palazzo at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. The establishment has a Dim Sum Brunch that it serves every Sunday from 11 AM to 2 PM. It is nothing short of heavenly for the dim sum lover, with unlimited plates of dim sum, seafood, soup, rice, noodles, veggies, and dessert.

Bardot Brasserie: Stacey Tokunaga ends this list with Bardot Brasserie, home to one of the fanciest brunches in the world. Found in the Aria Resort & Casino, Bardot Brasserie has an unbelievable brunch menu that includes the following: deluxe shellfish tower with Alaskan king crab, Maine lobster, oysters and jumbo blue shrimp, Maine lobster scramble, French omelet, Bardot steak and eggs, and Bardot Brasserie's famed French toast, all delivered by famed chef Michael Mina. This brunch is also served during weekends.
