Another high-end office building is about to be built in Las Vegas Valley

The bustling Las Vegas Valley is about to receive a shot in the arm as developers have broken ground on a huge project. Even Las Vegas native, Stacey Tokunaga is quite excited to hear about what is reported to be a brand new, high-end office building. This will be the first high-end commercial structure to be built in Las Vegas since the economic recession more than a decade ago.

The name of the future office building is Narrative and is described as a class A building in the southwest valley. Overseeing the progress of this project are two developers, Frank Marretti, the founder of G2 Capital Development, and Jeff LaPour, head of LaPour Companies.

According to LaPour, about a fourth of the building has already found occupants, while interested parties have also started to send in their proposals for 40% of the space.

Narrative is a four-floor, 102,000square-foot structure located south of the 215 Beltway, right between Buffalo and Durango. The most famous landmark in the vicinity is the Credit One Bank headquarters.

Construction is expected to be done by the fourth quarter of 2020.
