A paper or an extended abstract must be submitted through the EasyChair submission page. Please follow the instructions below.
For co-authored submissions, the paper or extended abstract should be submitted by the presenting author. There is no limit on the number of submissions per author; however, each participant may present only one paper during the conference.

Submissions to be considered for the Young Scholar Paper Awards must be full papers. The eligibility requirements are specified in the Call for Papers. Authors wishing to be considered for the Young Scholar Paper Awards are required to upload a single letter confirming that your submission meets the eligibility requirements for the Young Scholar Paper Awards. Details are provided below.

To begin your submission, log in to EasyChair using your account and proceed via the link below. Paper submissions open on January 1, 2026.
On the submission page, the presenting author’s information (obtained from your EasyChair account) will be automatically filled in.
You will then be asked to provide additional information required for the submission. Please follow the instructions on the submission page step by step.
If you wish to be considered for the Young Scholar Paper Awards, you must upload an eligibility confirmation letter in PDF format in addition to a full paper. For co-authored submissions, one joint letter covering all authors is sufficient. The letter must be written and signed by a senior scholar (e.g., a supervisor or another qualified academic) and must include the following confirmation statement:
I have checked the eligibility requirements for the Young Scholar Paper Awards on the website of the 18th Meeting of the Society for Social Choice and Welfare (SSCW2026). I confirm that the paper entitled “[Title of Paper]” meets all the necessary conditions for eligibility.
