All session rooms are equipped with Windows PCs connected to the projector. Presenters are requested to use the room PC for their presentations. Personal laptops should not be used. Please bring your presentation file on a USB flash drive.
To ensure that all sessions run smoothly, please read the following instructions before your presentation.
Please do not use your own laptop for your presentation. Each session room is equipped with a Windows PC connected to the projector.
Presenters are asked to transfer their presentation file to the room PC and give their presentation using that computer.
Please prepare your presentation in either PDF or PowerPoint (.pptx) format.
Please bring a USB flash drive containing your presentation file. You will need it to transfer your slides to the room PC before your session begins.
We strongly recommend bringing a backup copy of your presentation file.
Presenters should arrive at their session room at least 10 minutes before the start of the session and transfer their presentation file to the room PC before the session begins.
Each paper is allocated a 25-minute time slot.
Please plan for:
20 minutes for the presentation; and
5 minutes for questions and discussion.
Please adhere strictly to the schedule. Even in sessions with fewer presenters than the maximum number originally scheduled, presentations should proceed according to the published timetable.
The final presenter listed in each session serves as the session chair.
During the chair's own presentation, the first presenter in the session is asked to chair the session and moderate the discussion.
If a presenter is absent, please do not move subsequent presentations forward. To allow participants to move between parallel sessions as planned, sessions should follow the published timetable throughout.
The conference does not provide printing services for presentation handouts.
If you wish to distribute handouts, please print and bring them yourself.
