Final Reflection

I thoroughly enjoyed comprising this presentation because it forced me to network with individuals within my aspiring profession. While each individual is not all female or all Black it also gave me insight as to what the industry looks like for different races and genders. This part of the research was done intentionally because I wanted my scope to be realistic as I was genuinely trying to comprehend this research for the sake of my future and not just for the sake of getting a good project grade.

I appreciate the depth at which each interview went as they not only answered my questions, but they additionally shared how the profession has impacted them from a mental, emotional, and familial standpoint which are all factors to consider aside from salary.

As a mode of progression from my last project on Google Suites, I was able to link and embed a YouTube video that I found to be insightful as it pertains to the margin of Black women within media, film, and entertainment.
