Check-Ins:
Practice checking in with yourself and others during this time to help express what you're feeling, better understand others and bridge connection.
Examples:
-On a scale from 1-10, how are you feeling today? (10-best, 1 not so good)
-Using weather describe how you're doing. (sunny =happy, rainy=sad, cloudy=so-so, etc)
-What's your rose and thorn?
(something good, something challenging)
