Professional Development Series

Profession Development Series I: Resume Building

Join us next Monday for an interactive resume workshop hosted by Brandon Nichols! We will critique resume examples and discover the key elements of a well-built resume together.

Brandon earned his Masters in Chemistry from UCSD in 2014. Over his eight years working in biotech, he has reviewed hundreds of résumés and interviewed many candidates. He has also interviewed and hired contractors for his start-up in the video game industry. He is looking forward to sharing an industry perspective on the importance of a well-built résumé with our student body.

Professional Development Series 1

Our first event GRE Prep! is coming up on Wednesday, May 12th @ 6:30 pm (PDT)! If you're interested in learning more about the GRE and how you can better prepare, join SPS along with Professor Burgasser, Professor Shotwell, and your fellow physics students for an info/practice session!

Graduate Application Workshop
