Pantheon

The Hollow was created by the four Gods of Old; Faeveil, Ardjinn, Yūrein and Wraithyr, each God blessed the Hollow with it's own region, season and curse.
In the beginning, the residents of the Hollow feared the Curses, but as time went on the curses were seen more as blessings or boons.

Faeveil

Guardian of the forest and herald of spring, Faeveil has a strong connection to the earth and the various creatures that inhabit the Hollow. Able to transform himself into any animal and having seen through the eyes of creatures great and small there is no path he cannot travel and no perspective he cannot understand. The God of the forest is reliable and steadfast, he will not make promises he cannot keep and any task he is set to he will accomplish it. His trust is not earned easily, and in turn he takes the trust others have in him very seriously. Despite his stoic demeanor Faeveil cares deeply about his subjects. The strength displayed by him serves as both a comfort to the inhabitants of his forest and a warning to those who may wish to cause them harm.

Ardjinn

Guardian of the desert and herald of summer, Ardjinn’s fiery wrath is reflected in the terrain that he presides over. Able to shift his already intimidating visage into an even fiercer demonic form, increasing his strength and power to a terrifying magnitude, there is no foe that cannot be felled by his hand. The God of the desert is always ready for battle, though he will not fight without reason and feels it beneath him to combat opponents he deems weak. The inhospitable desert and the volcanoes that dot the landscape could easily spell death for the unprepared. However those willing to brave the heat may find themselves tempered by it, becoming stronger than before. And perhaps the luxurious oasis at the center of these raging sands implies the ruthless God of the desert does indeed have a soft spot for his subjects.

Yurein

Guardian of the mountains and herald of autumn, Yūrein is as carefree as the wind. Able to change into a wispy spirit form she can escape the tethers of the material world, allowing her to perceive that which typically goes unnoticed, to her everyone wears their heart on their sleeve and there is no one she cannot read the sincere feelings of. The God of the Mountains is gentle and soft spoken, often preferring words over actions. She believes everyone is deserving of respect, her patience is immeasurable and her kindness is offered easily. That isn’t to say she is not prepared to step in should the need arise. Though her spirit form may seem harmless, she can command the force of a thousand gales with a single beat of her wings. Should you treat another cruelly you may find yourself witnessing a rare sight; Yūrein’s wrath.

Wraithyr

Guardian of the tundra and herald of winter, Wraithyr is every bit as relentless as the icy storms that tear across her region. Able to take on a more frightening skeletal form that allows her to feel no pain, reflective of her resolve that even death cannot sway her, there is no threat that can stop her and no adversity that she cannot overcome. The God of the Tundra is harsh and unforgiving, she accepts no excuses from anyone, be it mortal or god. However, should you remain resolute in your decisions and be accountable for your actions you may very well earn her respect. With a cool head and colder blade she stands tall, ready to defend her land with a ferocity that rivals even the most savage blizzards. Expecting Wraithyr to falter is a deadly mistake.
