GENERAL

• Be kind, courteous and use common sense when interacting with others.

• Harassment, bullying, inappropriate or rude behavior will not be tolerated. This includes vague posting, picking fights, racist or derogatory hate speech, homophobic/ transphobic behaviour ect.

• Minor infractions result in warnings which can lead to bans if not followed.

• Rules may be added as necessary.

WARNINGS/BANS

• Infractions of rules are subject to a 3 strike System. You will be warned twice and on the third warning you will be kicked / temp banned.

• Major Infractions will result in an auto ban and is at the discretion of the moderation team.

SUBMISSIONS (Pertaining to the DeviantART Galleries)

• Submissions must not contain any content that would be inappropriate for a minor, such as sexual content or extreme violence. Hateful or offensive content is also not allowed.

• Please abide by the individual content rules for each folder which can be found in the description of each folder.

SELLING, TRADING & GIFTING

• MYO Slots and Spectrels that have been purchased from batches may be resold for the price paid at time of purchase plus the additional value of art you have paid for. Gift art/Freebies may not have an accounted for value.

• In the event you have made art for a Spectrel you wish to resell that normally would be disallowed from sales, you may contact the admins through Discord privately or through notes on DA for an appraisal.

• MYO Slots and Spectrels may be traded or gifted at any time, including raffles, dta, dte ect.

• All Spectrel adopts are subject to the TOS of the original designer. (Contact Artists for Individual TOS)

• All Sales & Trades must be marked by notifying The Masterlist on the Spectrel's Masterlist Entry OR using the transferral form; Ownership Transferral Form
