Cause and Effect Diagrams (alternative to Fishbone analysis) 

Timeline Summary 

1. At least 4 weeks prior to the PSC  identify a case

2. 3 weeks prior to the presentation do lit search (write down your sources) and meet with faculty member

3. 1-2 weeks prior : prepare case presentation (powerpoint may not be necessary), lead group discussion 

P lease note that if your case involved a system issue you will be asked to fill out an RL report- doing this at the time of the event is preferable however if you have not done that you will be asked to demonstrate it during your presentation 

Filing a RL is done through the Say Something Tab on the citrix application or desk tops
