CMH Youth Crisis  Stabilization Services 
Crisis services for ALL youth and families, regardless of insurance. See brochure in link. Office hours (not current in brochure): 

1. 8am-8pm M-F services provided at main office  5303 South Cedar St in Lansing, Bldg 2

2. 8pm-8am M-F and Sa/Sun services provided at  812 East Jolly Road CMH building 

3. Mobile crisis is 10am to 10pm M-F  (can go out to families homes, schools and the community for crisis intervention).

ABUSE/NEGLECT REPORTING - general info for mandated reporters
3200 Form  Required to be faxed within 72 hours of  calling in report to child protective services. Not required if you report via the online portal or the report is on  an elder or vulnerable adult.

    Books, websites, interventions for taming disruptive behaviors in pediatric patients. 

CoCM - Collaborative Care enables psychiatry guidance for the PCP and ongoing behavioral health care from our behavioral medicine faculty for adult patients with the challenges listed below. The CoCM Team meets weekly on Wednesday afternoons to discuss enrolled patients. PCPs may be invited to participate when able. Recommendations from the psychiatrist and other members of the team will be communicated through Epic messaging. 
  -symptoms of mental illness are not remitting despite treatment efforts (multiple medications tried)
  -bipolar disorder or psychotic disorder and not currently involved with/having difficulty accessing mental health care (need bridging support)
  -diagnostic clarity needed

When is  the next case conference for my patient?   Click the Epic button (upper left),  go to My Reports,  then Library and search for "BH CoCM Registry" to find the Next Case Conference date for active patients.

MC3  (Michigan Child Collaborative Care)-  Psychiatry consultation for primary care physicians treating behavioral health in children, adolescents, young adults through age 26, and women who are contemplating pregnancy, pregnant or postpartum (up to one year).
