Xcel will be reaching out to property owners prior to tree trimming and removal.
Log in to your account, then click on your name on the top right corner, go to "Profile" to find "CONTACT INFO." Make sure they have the correct email and phone number.
Find "COMMUNICATION." Go through each category (E.G. BILLING & PAYMENT; ELECTRICAL OUTAGES; ENERGY UPDATES) and select the box for email, text, calls, or mail.
Note: According to Xcel, account settings that allow only contact regarding bills
may result in you NOT receiving tree-cutting notices.
