Bring a "Trans Rights are Human Rights" or "Trans Lives Matter" or "Queer Love is Love" sign to any protest that you encounter. Put a sticker on your car. Wear a pronoun badge at work. Add your pronouns to your email signature. It all matters.
Stay informed and educate yourself about 2SLGBTQIA+ history, politics, and struggles. You can find booklists many places on the internet. Here is one for adult books provided by Deschutes Public Library.
Read SUS magazine, a locally created queer magazine. Follow Pattiegonia, a local environmentalist drag queen. Look at the work Gender Hive is doing to support queer youth. You can find many creators in Central Oregon doing beautiful work that you can support.
Support your neighbors by making sure they are included in conversations. Ask them how you can support them - do they need a ride to their next medical appointment? Would they feel safer with more visible support in your neighborhood? Attend queer-supportive and queer-led programming in Central Oregon. You'll meet new friends, you'll have a great time, and your presence will be important.
