Hello! My name is Sophie Miller (she/her/hers) and I am a proud first-generation scholar. I graduated with Highest Honors from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse (UWL) as a double major in 2024 with a bachelor's degree in political science and communication studies with an emphasis in public communication and advocacy as well as a minor in social justice.

I am expected to graduate this May (2026) with a M.S.ed in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Northern Illinois University. At NIU, I am a graduate assistant in the Work Request Office of Housing where I handle all residential facilities concerns. Additionally, during the summer of 2025, I was a NODA intern in the Center for Campus Life at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston, MA, where I did a variety of orientation tasks.  Upon graduating, I intend on pursuing a career in higher education in Southeast Wisconsin to gain full-time experience for applying to PhD programs.  Thank you for taking the time to get to know me.
