Flow arts can seem to be very overwhelming between the variety of props and styles, but please don't worry. That's what this guide is for. It's key to remember that this guide only includes information from my OWN journey. It does not include all the information out there. It is important to understand that you should always do your own research in regards to any information put on the world wide web.
My personal recommendation for beginner flowers is levitation wand. It's a flow prop in which you can use and flow with to a variety of music and styles of flow. My second recommendation would be silk fans! They are a very easy prop to learn and can also be used in a variety of flow.
I would also like to add that you should always poke around social media. Discover flow artists like I have and see what props there are and how they are used in flow. Find something that you resonate with, and set yourself up with goals. I'm a firm believer in that you don't need talent to learn anything. It's hard work, time, and dedication.
