"It is a piece of tubing with a string threaded through the center. Though not necessary, most wands have LEDs inside the tubing to create a glowing effect, perfect for nighttime or to dazzle crowds. When spun, the wand has an illusionary effect and appears to be floating." -GloFX
The GloFX wand was my first wand. While this is a more expensive wand to get into once again it fit my personal needs. It comes with a remote to cycle through the different color options and modes, and is a great starter wand.
This LED wand features more LED then the GloFX wand which gives it the ability to make images that we see as we twirl the wand around. It also features a remote and a phone app for you to better cycle through your modes. Additional it offers custom creations of designs.
This wand was purchased from [HoodyFroodHoops]. Now while an amazing well crafted and balanced wand. It did not fit my needs as a streamer. The wand itself is VERY thin, and does not appear visible to my viewers.
By far the most comprehensive guides to all things Levi Wand, Lux Luminous is the person to go to. She does in-depth reviews, tutorials, and more.
I would like to quickly add that with my wands I use a poi handle from [MoodGrips]. Most standard wands will come with a finger leash. It is completely personal preference, and Lux made a wonderful video [here] explaining all of that.
LeviWand is personally where I point someone looking to get into flow arts for the simple fact it's very versatile in its movements and use. You can slowly flow to a nice gentle song or go extremely fast to an EDM song. Not only that, but you can do a lot of tech or just flow with it.
