SNDL 랩원들(구상모 교수님과 이태섭, 김성수 등)이 독일 에르랑엔의 프라운호퍼 연구소를 방문하였습니다. 교수님의 연구세미나를 포함한 공동회의를 통하여 함께 SiC MOSFET에 대한 공동연구 진행상황을 점검하였습니다. (2013.12.9)

SNDL members (Professor Sang-mo Koo, Tae-seop Lee, Seong-su Kim, etc.) visited the Fraunhofer Institute in Erlangen, Germany.  A joint meeting was held including presentations by Prof. Koo and Dr.Erlbacher and together, we checked the progress of joint research on SiC MOSFETs.

SNDL의 구상모 교수님이 강이구교수님, 박성준, 신명철 등과 함께 베트남 하노이 국립공대에 방문하여 협력연구 MOU를 체결하였습니다. (2017.11)

Prof. Koo of SNDL visited the Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Vietnam, along with Prof. Kang, Sung-Jun Park, and Myeong-Chul Shin, and signed an MOU for cooperative research.

파워반도체 상용화사업 (1.2kV SiCMOSFET) 컨소시엄의 연구점검 회의가 변산에서 열렸고, SNDL연구진들이 참여하였습니다. (2017.8.29)

The power semiconductor commercialization project consortium (1.2kV SiC MOSFET) meeting was held at Byeonsan in which SNDL members participated.

SNDL 랩원들(구상모 교수님과 이정호, 정지철 등)이 미국립표준기술연구원(NIST)를 방문하였습니다. 교수님의 연구세미나와 공동회의 이후, 김지홍 및 안정준 등 교환파견연구를 수행하는 계기가 마련되었습니다. (2011.2.25)

SNDL Members (Prof. Koo, Jeong-ho Lee, and Ji-cheol Jung) visited the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). After Prof. Koo's research seminar and joint meeting, it was agreed to start an exchange-dispatch study of SNDL members - Namely Jung-Jun Ahn and Ji-Hong Kim.

구상모 교수님과 미 국립표준연구원(NIST) 연구진이 함께 성능과 집적도를 크게 향상시킨 비휘발성 메모리 소자를 개발하였습니다.  5㎚ 실리콘 나노선과 기존 메모리 소자 기술을 결합시킨 하이브리드 구조의 비휘발성 메모리 소자로 초고집적화가 가능하고 제조단가도 크게 낮출 수 있는 구조입니다. (2007.6)

Prof. Koo and the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) researchers have developed a non-volatile memory device with significantly improved performance and integration. It is a non-volatile memory device with a hybrid structure that combines 5 nm silicon nanowires and conventional memory device technology, enabling ultra-high integration and significantly lowering manufacturing cost.
