Together Everyone Accomplishes More
- Teams are set up based on similar duties, similar skills required, or geographic area of the event.
- Some Team tasks are in to be done during a short intense time period while others will a more casual observation and completion of things that need done. Such as preparing for the Tea vs supervising the fire pits and trash cans.
- Team Lead will ultimately decide each Team Members duties but it is our goal to have to Teams work together to cover their team's tasks.
- Your Team assignment will happen AT ORIENTATION. If you cannot attend Orientation you will not be placed on a Team. Exceptions will be rare! ALL exceptions must be approved by the Team Lead, the Volunteer Coordinator, AND Shane/Leslie WEEKS IN ADVANCE. If you need to be an exception please indicate so in the final COMMENTS box on the Volunteer Survey
