Orientation/Training Day will be held the Saturday before the event. All Volunteers, except FLOATERS, are required to attend. Interest in being part of a Team will be indicated on your Volunteer Registration but actual Team assignments will be done at Orientation.
Orientation/Training Day will include:
If you do not attend Orientation them you will be listed as a Floater and will NOT be part of a Team. Floaters are needed to fill in where we do not have enough Team Members but they will need to make time to talk with our Volunteer Coordinator when they report for their shift for updates and instructions.
*Everyone is welcome to come early and/stay late to help prep the site. A meal will be provided for those that stay until dinner time.
