Part 2 - Floater's Shift/Task Survey

If you have chosen to be a FLOATER or you did NOT attend the Volunteer Orientation/Training Day on November 3rd then please click on the link at the bottom of this page and complete the SHORT survey. This is your chance to let us know which shifts you would like to help and if you have a preference on which tasks you may be assigned.

If you DID attend the Orientation/Training Day then you will be contacted directly by your Team Lead. They will be arranging your Team's schedule.
