Good evening everyone
First, let me say thank you to everyone who has joined the page. It's great to see you all here. If you have any suggestions about things you would like to see, please me know. Message me through the page and I'll do my best to add the information for all to see.
Second, I have spent my day today on the phone with landholders from the Creewah, Nimmitabel, Michelago and Adaminaby areas. It's been great speaking with landholders and I appreciate the time that you have taken to just have a chat and raise your concerns.
Third, in between calls I've been trolling through Council's E3-Environmental Management maps, that they've just recently added to the Your Say web page. These maps are HUGE - incredibly data rich... They include 15 layers of data and the file is 85mb for 6 pages. If you do not want to download the whole file I will be scanning them, at a lower resolution and adding them to this page tomorrow. I can also email your area to you.
I am trying to work out what these layers mean, where they have come from and how the lines have been drawn where they have. It does not appear to be a 'one size fits all' methodology for applying E3 zoning. I will post a time lapse video shortly of my poor computer taking its' time to open a small portion of the map.
If you want to have a chat, raise any concerns, share a view - I welcome a message!
Thanks again for the support.
Nicole
