Letter from Council

On 3 November, 2020, Snowy Monaro Regional Council sent a letter to landholders advising of the Draft Rural Land Use and Settlements Strategies. Council did not provide an overview of the Strategies; instead stated the "changes to land zoning and minimum lot sizes...proposed in some areas of the LGA".

We know from the LGA map that the proposed changes will affect every rural landholder and farmer, in some way.
