Here is an important email update from NSW Farmers relating to the Koala SEPP; why it got to where it now and what will be happening now for habitat.
Importantly, the flawed mapping that was associated with the SEPP will not be introduced until after the review by the Upper House Committee. This means your farm sheds, houses or orchards (among other things) which were mapped Koala habitat won't be included as Category 2 - Sensitive Regulated land just yet.
