1. Where are you located?
I work from my home in Gravesend/Northfleet, Kent. The exact address are on Google Maps and also can be provided upon booking confirmation.
2. Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, appointments are by booking only. Same-day bookings are available depending on the schedule, but it’s best to book at least 24–48 hours in advance.
3. What types of massage do you offer?
I specialize in Swedish, soft deep tissue and relaxation massage. You can view the full list of services on my website.
4. How long is each session?
Sessions are available in 30, 60, 90 minute options. Longer or customized sessions can be arranged upon request.
5. What should I wear during the massage?
You’ll be properly draped at all times, and your comfort is the top priority. Most clients undress to their comfort level.
6. Is there parking available?
Yes, 2 hour free on street parking is available until 6.30pm. Details will be included in your booking confirmation.
7. Do you accept walk-ins?
No, I work by appointment only to ensure each client receives personal attention and privacy.
8. What’s your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
9.Do You work on weekends?
Yes ,but by advanced appointments only with a deposit of 50%of the total treatment cost.
10. Should I tell my therapist if I have any medical conditions?
Yes, it’s important to inform your therapist about any medical conditions, medications, or allergies before the massage.
11. What payment methods do you accept?
I accept cash and bank transfer.
12. Is your space COVID-safe/clean?
Yes. Hygiene is a top priority. All linens are changed between clients, and the treatment room is cleaned and sanitized after each session.
