Hello! 

My name is Signe.
I am a qualified massage therapist in Gravesend and Northfleet. My life’s mission is to help people to improve and preserve their health and massage is one of the ways how to realize it.
Also I specialize in nutrition. My interest in nutrition has been my passion for the most of my adult life and I have a diploma in traditional nutrition and  lifestyle medicine coaching diploma from Hipocrates wellness centre in USA.
I am also interested in mental health because I believe that mind, soul and body are strongly connected.
