Penta Career Center offers hands-on training in programs grouped under 13 career fields. Penta prepares students for careers and post-secondary education by offering academic courses in both a traditional 40-minute period for select courses and an 85-minute block format. Explore Penta Day is a wonderful opportunity for sophomores to attend Penta and visit 3 programs. This year's Explore Penta Day will be on Wednesday November 5th, 2025. Sophomores must turn in their permission slips by Monday October 20th, 2025 in order to attend.
Students are eligible to apply for a career training program for their junior and senior years of high school. The application process begins in November of the sophomore year. A limited number of one-year programs are also available for seniors. The application process begins in November of junior year.
