CREWS Team will compete against one another each week and will be measured based on the two key performance standards 

• Average Handle Time (AHT)

• Quality

Points will be assigned to each CREW based on their position, with 1st place getting 5 points, 2nd place getting 3 points, and 3rd place getting 1 point. The crew with the highest point total is the winner for the week. Team members will have their choice of

• having 1 point removed from their attendance point

• receiving 2 hours of PTO to be added to their pool.

At the end of the month, the crew with the most points over the month will get a prize!
