Close your eyes and begin to vidualize how you are slowely turning into your DR self and imagine all of your desires are out there
Break the cocoon and visualize your DR self has changed enough to break out of the cocoon
You should begin experiencing shifting symptoms and you should repeat affirmations until you fall asleep
You should wake up in your DR
