TIPS: 

• Remember the importance of SYNTHESIS in your projects for the SI submissions

• When faced with a decision ask, "What would best support my WHY (Inquiry)?"

• Regularly pause and ask yourself:

  • Why am I using this media?

  • What is my subject?

  • Go through your sense to give some surprising and unique ideas

• Use your sketchbook (VA Journal) to workout your ideas:

  • Thumbnail sketches

  • Mood boards and mindmaps

  • Image References (preferably your own)

  • Media Testing and experimentation

  • Annotate your process (write)
