1. Group Name
2. Genre of music
3. Where your band is from? (if you are from multiple countries/cities you can list the ones you identify with the most or all of them)
4. Have you attended Shambhala before? Y/N
5. Have you performed at Shambhala before? Y/N (details)
6. Number of members in the group and instruments
7. Dates you are planning to attend our festival. (we will decide your performance day from this, the more dates you give us the better chance you have for being selected)
8. Would you be interested in (or prefer) performing on the afternoon stage if there is no room on the Evening stage?
9. Please message our FB page with: "Applied musician/Band Name" on our FB page. (We will use FB Messenger groups for relating mass information so please have or create a messenger account to apply)
10. Please send youtube or soundcloud link(s) of your music.
*Note: though we respect and admire all artists, musicians, and genres, our concept for this festival is focused on live original music (instruments and/or vocals), so we will not accept applications from DJs, Electronic music Producers, or cover bands. Thank you for your understanding.
Our concept and goal:
Shambhala In Your Heart hopes to create a space where Japanese, Thai, and international travelers can enjoy sharing music and art together in nature. Our favorite part of this festival is how so many artists come together, make friends, and jam together around campfires or while relaxing on rocks or grass by the river.
We hope that all attendees, especially our musicians, can enjoy this special creative and collaborative atmosphere.
We also have a big and small stage. The big stage was added as a platform where musicians who came to enjoy our festival could share their art with the rest of the attendees with great sound. Because of increased demand we now pre-book the artists that perform on the big stage.
We hope that all artists that apply to perform on our big stage understand our concept and come to enjoy our festival, with their performance on the stage as a bonus.
