Character Customization
With Tot Custom and the provided kits (accessible by typing /kit in chat), you will be able to customize your character’s appearance and outfit. In your inventory, you’ll also find a materials kit that you can use to get your first base built more easily. The default keybind for tot custom is shift+b, however, this brings up another window. If you would like to change this keybind, follow the instructions below.

Step 3. You can also find this in the Sudo menu on the right side of the screen when you hit escape.
Remember that you can save your custom bodies and armors by exporting the look and pasting it into notepad as a back up.

Who can run an event?
Anyone who has been actively role-playing on Severed Fates for at least 2 weeks.
How do I start?
You have an idea and you’re excited but what do you do? Open a ticket once you have thought the idea through.
The ticket is opened, now what?
We’ll need first to answer the who, what, where, why, and when questions to get started.
Who is running this event? If it is a clan-run event, please also specify who will be helping.
What is the main theme/purpose of the event? There is a huge range of events that can be held. Pop-up events can be solitary or spark other role-play that leads to other events. Grand openings of a new business not only showcase a person’s business/build but provide a means of making connections ic. In-depth small side plots can lead other players on a variety of adventures and misadventures that are memorable and promote character growth in many ways.
Where is this event to take place? Location, Location, Location. We will need to know where you plan on doing the event.
Why? What do you hope to do with this event? Is your goal to entertain regularly? Are you trying to generate role-play for others differently? Are you looking to run random pop-up events for funsies? It helps the staff to know how to help you if we know what you want.
When? You need to specify a date and time for your event. This helps us ensure that we do not have multiple things scheduled.

Please submit a ticket at least a week or two before when you wish to actually have the event. This enables us to clear up the details and be available to assist. Please note that the staff is there to support you in running your event.
Generally speaking, we encourage one-shot, one-and-done events as they are easiest to manage.
Pop-up events such as an arm wrestling contest or a ‘monster’ or ‘mobs’ attacking your build can be handled easily.
If it is a more detailed mini-plot and not simply a pop-up event then you’ll have a ticket open for us to discuss your concept, the basic outline for it, and the timeline. (Don’t panic on this, staff will just have a better idea of where our help is needed or if perhaps it should be scaled up or down a bit.)
If you require additional help from staff, please list out in advance what type of help you might need. Examples include: Building something, spawning items, helping to keep track of things, etc.
Regarding mini-plots and side-plots: These run separately from the main server lore events, oftentimes parallel but not intersecting. The reason for this is simple: Although our server story will oftentimes be shaped by the outcome of staff-run plot events and member participation, we must be able to guide it as it progresses.

Tot Admin allows players to transfer placed thralls and followers (such as fighters, horses, and tamed animals). To transfer them, the person giving the thrall opens the thrall’s rotary menu (Hold E on the one you wish to transfer), and selects the shaking hands titled “Change Thrall Ownership”.
Once the pop-up is open, search the receiving player’s clan and transfer it to the clan (per server rules, every player must be in a clan, even if playing solo). If the player’s name rather than clan is selected, the transfer will likely not work properly which will result in the thrall needing to be deleted.
