Here is how it works: 

1. Hit Shift R to pull up the RR tab.

2. Locate the small tab on the left-hand side of the menu. It looks like a small pair of feet following a path, below the fork and knife icon.
3. Hit the feet button. (You should see numbers above your head in-game when this is done. Click it again after measuring to turn it off)

4. We measure from the clan's furthest deco/build piece, from one side of the clan's land claim to the other side's furthest deco/build piece.
5. The "Feet" tool measures the distance in a straight line despite difficulties in terrain.

6. This line can extend up to 60 "Foundations" from the beginning point and form the diameter of the circular claim. (Red Line = Diameter) 

7. You may build for yourself or your clan anywhere within that designated circle.
