We work with OPI by reviewing Office of Personnel Investigation Log Sheets that are handed to us or sent through the Oracle "Transfers form OPI" Service Requests. This occurs when applicants make an in-service visit to OPI but a background issue cannot be found. Our job is to carefully go through a process of elimation by reviewing fingerprint receipts, Service Codes, and other discrepancies that may interfere with the onboarding process.
