The HR Connect Service Center helps certain applicants pay for their prints by issuing the applicant a Coupon Codes. Fingerprint fees may be waived for applicants currently receiving full public assistance (Food Stamps, Medicare, AND cash benefits). Before scheduling their fingerprint appointment with IdentoGo, applicants must email Alvin Cocco at acocco@schools.nyc.gov to determine eligibility. If eligible, the applicant will receive a coupon to cover the fingerprinting fees. In the email the applicant should submit a copy of their benefits card and income/budget letterÂ
