Every morning we receive a report called "DCJS Bio Error Report." This is a report that has a listing of all DOE and vendor that were fingerprinted on the previous day but results never reflected in our DOE systems. Some of the reasons one may reflect in this list is below;
Social Security Discrepancies within the DCJS and DOE /PETS systems
Applicant has not activated their account
Data error such as incorrect DOB
Applicant did not verify their profile
Payment issues at IdentoGo
The Service Center carefully looks over the report and makes the necessary corrections. The applicant is also notified if we require documentation or further action from the applicant
