Holmview is the penultimate station on the Beenleigh line and is served by train services from Beenleigh to Bowen Hills with many continuing to Ferny Grove. Holmview is located 38.3 km from Roma Street and the approximate travel time is 1 hour and 4 minutes.
Holmview is situated in zone 3 meaning that the fares between Holmview and Roma Street are:
Holmview station opened in 1885 as Holme View as it has a view of the Loganholme area. On 3 November 1984, the line was electrified through the station from Kingston to Beenleigh. On 21 April 1992, a second platform opened due to the duplication of the line.
Holmview station itself has two platforms consisting of an island platform. Platform 1 is for outbound services and platform 2 is for inbound services.
Holmview station has only one station entrance which is from the carpark on Spanns Road.
Holmview does have disability access however assistance is required due to the steep ramp.
