STD001: The floating point outputs shall be compared with tolerance while evaluating for pass/fail criteria.
STD002: Tolerance shall be considered as 0.00001 when floating point output value is between -1.0 to 1.0 inclusive.
STD003: Tolerance shall be considered as 1% when floating point output value is outside -1.0 to 1.0 inclusive.
