Policies
Because it is our deepest desire to make room for everyone who wants to attend a retreat, we must require those interested in retreats to adhere to the following registration and cancellation policies:
Registration: Within five days of your registration for a retreat (via the website, email or other), we require a nonrefundable $75 deposit for weekend retreats and $25 deposit for day retreats sent through Venmo @ShannonMallrich, check or cash. This deposit will ensure your space for the retreat. In the case that Seeking Sabbath Retreats must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, your deposit would be refunded.
Payment: Please remit payment via Venmo or by cash or check two weeks prior to the retreat.
Cancellation: If it becomes necessary for you to cancel your registration, Seeking Sabbath Retreats requires notice via email no less than two weeks prior to the event. If you must cancel your registration less than two weeks before the retreat, your payment cannot be refunded.
Expectations
Our main objective during the retreat experience is to create a sacred space for retreatants to feel safe in order to share honestly with one another. In order to collaboratively create this space, it is imperative that each retreatant adhere to the following expectations:
Retreatants will be attentive to the valuable time of each retreatant, being mindful to not monopolize conversation.
Retreatants will encourage trust in the space by keeping all conversations confidential.
Retreatants will serve each other with sincere listening and thoughtful feedback when requested.
