Contemplative Sits

Seeking Sabbath Retreats will begin offering monthly free 20-minute contemplative sits.  Our next sits will be held on 

 Sunday, August 9 at 9 a.m. CST at our home labyrinth.   A second (full moon) sit will be Friday, August 28 at - p.m. CST at the Highland St. Joseph Hospital Franciscan Healing Garden labyrinth.  To join us virtually, please email seekingsabbathretreats@gmail.com to request the link.
