Eric in the Rajakovich Lab
Eric in the Rajakovich Lab
Eric was a student at North Seattle College. During summer 2026, he worked with his PhD student mentors Jayden and Leah to study the biosynthesis pathways of neuroactive metabolites in the gut microbiome.
After the summer program, Eric said that he had made meaningful progress on a research project and learned a lot of new skills. He will be transferring to UW and continuing to do research in the Rajakovich lab.

Griffin in the Cossairt Lab
Griffin was a student at North Seattle College. During summer 2026, he worked with his PhD student mentor Emma on screening different ligand additives for the synthesis of indium phosphide quantum dots.
Griffin said that he had a lot of fun in the SCROCCS progam and learned a lot! He will also be transferring to UW and continuing to do research in the Cossairt lab.
