The team with the most points at the end wins.
The Chaos Insurgency (CI) get points through kills and anomaly breaches.
The Foundation gets points through kills and Anomalies in containment.
There are 3 End-Conditions:
1: Nuke is launched, in 10 turns, everyone who is not in a nuke shelter die.
2: All CI die.
3: O5-7, Site Director, and Dr. Bright die.
Every turn, every unit can move 1 room away.
Some rooms are locked with a certain clearance, different units have different clearance.
Every D-Class who escapes becomes a CI unit.
In every room, there is a 1/5 chance a clearance card spawns, levels 1-3.
You can use money from selling stuff and doing different tasks to buy more units.
