The Medical Gun-119 or MG-119 is a gun only found in the Medical Bay, in Entrance Zone. It has a capacity of 10 bullets and is able to turn SCP-049-2 instances into Humans of the opposite team to the curer. This can be combined with the team-switch plugin to get a free ally, that's if they make it out alive...

The Deflector Shield is a hat found in the Omega Warhead Silo on the desk next to the Armory. The Deflector Shield, when worn, will deflect any bullets that hit the wearer back to the attacker temporarily. This can be used against any opposing Humans to get easy kills. The Deflector Shield does not work on SCPs.

SCP-1499 is an anomalous mask that sends it's wearer to a different dimension for twenty (20) seconds. After twenty (20) seconds, the wearer will be placed right back to the spot that they were prior to putting on the mask. SCP-1499 can be found in Containment Room 5, in Light Containment Zone.

SCP-714 is a jaded ring which, when worn, will make the wearer slower and have a capped 50% stamina however it will make it harder for SCP-049 to attack the wearer until taken off. SCPs can work together with an SCP-049 to kill easy targets but if SCP-049 is alone, wearers can use it to get out sticking situations and try and get a good distance from SCP-049, if they manage to do so. SCP-714 can be found in it's chamber in Light Containment Zone.
