Common Utilities is a plugin used for inventory management, broadcasts, Automatic Alpha Warhead, and more.

Currently all MTF and Scientists spawn with their normal invetories with a Flashlight for easy navigation, Class-D Personnel do not spawn with items as normal, the only exception is during Seasonal Events that given Class-D Personnel to spawn with a specific event item.
