The Site is based around the after math of Site-19's containment breach and after SCPs being transported back to the site for research, the site then became a code grey containment breach and civilians are to evacuate the site immediately and Foundation Forces are to secure the site whilst watching out for other military forces or SCP objects. What happens during the breach is unclear.
