Site-19 is a research facility that housed SCPs that breached from other facilities, many anomalies were contained there temporarily until they could be transported back to free up the facility once again. The Technical and engineering teams, namely Dr. Maynard and Dr. Harp constructed a modular site plan with 5 warheads on site. 4 1 kiloton warheads dubbed the Alpha Warheads on the Surface Zone and 1 5 megaton warhead dubbed the Omega Warhead inside Heavy Containment Zone behind a Level 5 access door. A blast shield between the facility and Surface Zone was also constructed, powerful enough to prevent damage from the Alpha Warheads but not powerful enough to prevent damage from the Omega Warhead, hence having requiring 05 authorization to even arm the warhead.

At some point Agent Skinner one of the spies for the Chaos Insurgency and Agent Carey were on the morning shift stationed at SCP-106's containment chamber. When Agt. Carey left for some coffee from the cafeteria, Agt. Skinner took the opportunity to release SCP-106 from it's chamber, notify Security Chief Franklin and radioed to Dr. Maynard "It's out..." Agt. Skinner then fled the site whilst the security teams were dealing with SCP-106. During this time Dr. Maynard gave SCP-079 access to all major site systems and ran away before anyone got back. Agt. Skinner was presumed to be killed by SCP-106.

When 3 Class-D Personnel were doing testing with SCP-173, all facility systems started shutting down and an announcement was made stating all SCPs were breaching containment. Events after the containment breach were left unclear and after all SCPs were re-contained, SCP-049, SCP-079, SCP-096, SCP-106, SCP-173, SCP-939 were transferred to Site-02 for continued testing until eventually a breach occurred, bringing the SCPs to Site-12 and Site-45 separately until Site-19 was reconstructed and repaired.

The site now contains a fifth warhead dubbed the Alpha Warhead, a warhead capable of destroying the underground section of the facility without destroying the Surface Zone.

After the experimentation of SCP-939, it was reported some were terminated throughout Site-45's containment breach and a new specimen was born in Site-12. SCP-939-168 now resides within it's testing chamber for further study.

Dr. Maynard whose identity was changed to Dt. Andrews and Agt. Skinner whose name was changed to Conway got enlisted into the site and began hacking the site's systems, sending information through the server room to an unknown source and supervisor and engineering personnel going missing as well as Zone Managers. Eventually when the administration board members were in the middle of a meeting an announcement was made, announcing all board members head to Surface Zone for immediate evacuation, all whilst board members were leaving, Site-19 had another containment breach.
