During December, partner schools had the opportunity to research and discover elements connected with winter. Some schools involved parents in the process. As a result, they collected materials related to this season and then inserted relevant words into a word cloud. This activity led to the creation of a multilingual dictionary. Additionally, their discoveries were used to design a pine tree. The tree crafts were used to make a wish card for the New Year. Moreover, the partner schools took part in an initiative of the FEE network "Learning about Forests," where the teams' mission was to create delicious ornaments for birds or wildlife and decorate their schoolyard's trees. Furthermore, the groups read the story "3 cats and a wish", where the heroes made wishes when they saw shooting stars and highlighted the importance of friendship. Connected with this activity, the schools formed a chain and challenged the next one to find a hidden star using robotics (EU Code Week activity). Finally, they decided to organize charity events to celebrate the beginning of the New Year by donating food, sending clothing, or providing food to families in need.Â
